This was a joint effort with me and Coconut. He bought, scan, cleaned up, and did the lion-share of the editing. I just did the decensoring. We've been working on this project for over a year going back and forth tweaking to get the best out the Rustle images. Coconut even went to the effort of scanning images with a flashlight behind the censoring which would help give some detail to what was underneath. So giant shout out goes to him.

I first saw this book when it was uploaded to exhentai in May
2012, and I immediately fell head-over-heals in love with it. Being an
avid fan of both Rustle and fighting games, I feel like this book was
tailor made to fit my interests. Even looking past its quality as a
porn book, the beauty and detail of some of the images just took my
breath away. Despite being quite far outside Rustle’s usual purview, I
believe this represents some of his most outstanding work to date.
Unfortunately, the scans that were uploaded were
utterly horrible. Dust everywhere, badly leveled, over-cropped, zero
denoising, and JPG’d to death just to top it all off. It wasn’t until I
got the physical book myself that I realized that the original scanner
wasn’t completely at fault; the print and paper quality of this
particular book can only be described as abysmal.
Nevertheless, I decided to make a project of
producing the most beautiful scans I could. It was a huge amount of
work and took way longer than I thought it would, but now that they’re
done, I feel so happy to have taken on the project. I finally feel like
the scan quality is commensurate with the art quality.
