While everyone's waiting for me to finish the next project, here are a couple of stand alone images that someone requested that I decensored. I don't know the name of the artists or where they are from exactly so if anybody happens to know and could let me know I'd be much obliged.
I would take it on a case-by-case basis. Mainly, I have to like the art. If I do like the art it usually comes from an image set, doujin, eromanga, etc and I would want to do it all. Though I have nothing against doing single images, especially if the art is nice and the censoring is light.
I'll only be doing these two images since the art quality is very good. The third image you requested I did not like the art quality as much, so I will not be doing it.

I'm not sure if I understand the question correctly. But as I understand it, you're asking if companies that release ero games outside of Japan need someone to decensor the images for them?
I think with most modern games a license company outside of Japan can have access to the uncensored images. In older games I've heard of companies needing to decensor it themselves, but I don't think that's an issue anymore.

The artist for the first one is Yukimaru Yuki. The artist for the second one is Gustafu (or Gustav).
